Home Users are billed at $32.50 per hour with all incidents having a minimum of one hour.  No trip charge if under 25 miles.  

* Desktop PC Support includes …Regular maintenance, removal of Spyware, scanning and removing viruses, hardware support, software support, updating operating systems and other relevant software as needed.
** Server/LAN/WAN Support includes …Network connectivity in peer or server centric environment; internet support via Logmein or other remote software; Microsoft Solutions for networks greater than 10 nodes; server maintenance, performance monitoring and testing.  Regular maintenance and hardware support, software support, updating operating systems and other relevant software as needed.
***After Hours Service is outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8–8)  We currently support outside normal business hours only for onsite supportLogmein will be substituted for on-site support during the hours of  9am – 5pm.

**** Emergency Service is when on-site service is required with less than 4 hours notice.
