Q.Q.   Does BigHead Consulting build computers?
A.   No, not at this time, however, we can order through local supplier or Dell.

Q.    Do I need a Service Contract?
A.    No.  Service contracts are not required for BigHead Consulting to come to        your site and repair or troubleshoot your computer related issues.  We do
       recommend that a contract be put in place so we can maintain your                  computers and network and be proactive instead of reactive.

Q.     I already have a maintenance contract with my computer manufacturer,
         why do I need to call you for support?

A.   We at BigHead Consulting applaud the production of computers by Dell,
       Gateway, HP, etc.  We realize that they sell service contracts when
       you purchase your computer, however, when you do have a computer
       issue, such as a disk drive that fails for example, they will send you the
      drive in accordance with their contract, but YOU will be the person
    they rely on to install the new hard drive, therefore becoming an extended
      part of their support team.  If you are the type of person that does not
      mind electronic devices, crawling around on the floor, or deciphering
      technical jargon, you do not need us.  If on the other hand this scenario
      is not for you, call us and let us do the work.
